Cake Optimist

So, my friend Ashley is pretty much amazing. She's got this cake blog http://cakeoptimist.blogspot.com/ and she includes all her cool baking projects. Seriously, they are sooo gooood!!!

She does all sorts of yummy stuff and they look so cute!! I saw her St. Patty's day cupcakes and decided those would be a such a fun activity with little kids.
